Mobile forensics has become the largest growth area for evidence and intelligence gathering in the past couple years. If you are looking for information on anyone this is one of the first areas to look. This course has been broken in three parts that each show the value and procedures associated with the mobile device.

Participants will be introduced to a wide variety of public records and social media websites to obtain information on individuals and obtain the basic understanding they need to conduct cyber-based investigations.
Virtual Machine Bootcamp: $49
Sunday, November 7, 2010: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This session will introduce you to using Paraben tools to examine virtual environments in a forensically sound process. Four different types of environments will be discussed. You will begin by using P2Explorer to browse a drive for virtual environment files. Once the files are located, you will make forensically sound copies using Forensic replicator, then use P2 Commander to mount and examine the virtual environment.
